Salt to taste

1: Soak the lentils

What you have to do is to wash gram dal and moong dal well. After washing these two pulses, you should soak them in water for three hours. By doing this, when you remove the dal from the water. If you do, it will become soft and go away.

2: Grind the dal

After soaking, take out the dal and grind it into a coarse paste. Add a little water if needed. The consistency should be thick enough to form small balls.

3: Combination of flavors

In a mixing bowl, mix the ground dal, ground ginger, chopped green chilies, green coriander, green onion, red chili powder, hot spices, and salt.

4: Forming the laddoos
