Ingredients of Ragi Ladoo

1: Ragi flour 1 cup

2: Oil 2 tablespoon

3: Peanuts 1/4 cup

4: Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

5: Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon

6: Jaggery 1 cup

7: Water 1/4 cup

8: Chopped pistachios 1 tablespoon

9: Make perfect Ragi laddu first of all put two tablespoons of oil in a pen and melt it well.

10: After melting the oil add one cup of Ragi flour and fry it well on low flame.

Detailed Ingredients of Ladoo

1: After the Ragi floor has risen and changed its color turn off the gas and take the flour out of a plate.

2: Now put the pan on the gas add 1/4 cup of peanuts and fry them well.

10: Turn off the film and let it cool down a bit.

11: Add jaggery syrup little by little to the Ragi ladoo mixture and mix well.

12: Now add 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios and mix well.

13: Take a small portion of the mixture and prepare ladoos with it make sure to make ladoos only when the mixture is hot.

14: Now prepare Ragi ladoos from the remaining mixture.
