Short Ingredients of Motichoor Ladoo

Gram flour 2 cups

Semolina 2 tablespoon

Saffron food color 1/4 teaspoon

Oil for frying

Sugar 1 cup

Water 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

Chopped Pistachios 1 tablespoon

Melon seeds 1 tablespoon

Saffron strands a little

Detailed Ingredients About Bundi

1: First of all sift 2 cups of Gram flour in a big bowl and add two tablespoons of semolina and food color.

2: Mix all the ingredients well and prepare a thick lump free batter by adding about 1 cup of water.

3: Now add some water and prepare a smooth and flowing solution.

4: Heat the oil in a deep known stick pan on medium flame. Place a perforated spoon over the hot oil.

5: Pour a ladle of prepared gram flour batter over it and slowly the handle of the spoon so that the Bundi falls into the oil.

6: Cook it while stirring until its color turns light golden brown or it becomes crunchy.

7: Now take it out on a plate covered with kitchen napkin paper.

8: Wash the Perforated spoon and wipe it dry.

9: Prepare Bundi from the remaining gram flour solution.

Detailed Ingredients About Motichoor Ladoo

1: In a deep nonstick pan sugar 1/2 teaspoon saffron food color and 1/2 Cup water mix it well.

2: Cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes steering occasionally.

3: Now add 1/4 teaspoon card amount powder and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice in sugar syrup and mix it well.

4: In the hot syrup add the prepared Bundi mix well and ensure that all the Bundi is coated in the syrup.

5: Cooked until the syrup chicken switches off the gas.

6: When the stipulated time is over all the syrup has been completely absorbed by the Bundi.

7: Add 1 tablespoon finely chopped Pistachios 1 tablespoon melon seeds and some saffron strands and mix well.

8: Pour the mixture into a plate and divide the mixture into 15 equal parts.

9: Apply some oil on your palm take a portion of the mixture and shape it to make a round ladoo.

10: Place this ladoo in a vessel and prepare the remaining ladoos in the same manner.

11: Delicious motichoor ladoo is ready to keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.

12: You can serve it or store this delicious ladoo in an air-tight container and use it as per requirements.

Some Important Tips About Motichoor Ladoo

Bundi is deep fried with oil if you wish you can do it with a combination of oil for deep frying do not add too much Bundi at once and keep stirring it.
