1: Shrikhand:

Curd 2 cups

Milk 1/4 cup

Sugar 1/4 cup

Saffron 8 threads

Green cardamom 4

Pistachios 5-8

Almonds 8-10

Tie Curd in a clean cloth and keep it in a place for some time. Now lift the cloth and press it with your hands to separate all the water from the curd. Now take milk in a bowl and mix saffron well line it. After doing this take out the curd in a bowl add cardamom and sugar to it and mix it well. Add saffron milk to this mixture and mix well.

2: Puran Poli Maharashtra Famous Sweet:

Flour 2 cups

Ghee 2 tablespoon

Gram dal 100 grams

Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

Salt as per your taste

Take flour in a vessel. Add two tablespoons of ghee to it. Will add A pinch of salt. Now add water and knead soft dough. Cover the door and let it set for 20 to 25 minutes. Will make stuffing of Gram dal for this soak the lentils in water for two hours. Put the soaked gram Dal in the cooker and half a cup of water and let it cook till one whistle. Put the lentils in a strainer and take them out in another vessel. When the pulses cool down a bit grind them in the mixer.

3: Basundi Maharashtra Famous Sweet:

Milk 2 liters

Sugar 1 cup

Milk Masala 4 tablespoon

Dry fruits chopped 1 tablespoon

Take two liters of milk in a wide vessel and let it boil. After boiling milk add one cup of sugar to it. Now add milk masala when the milk thickens basundi is ready. Garnish it with dry fruits.

4: Karanji Maharashtra Famous Sweet:

Flour 1 cup

Semolina 1 cup

Oil 4 tablespoon

Milk as required to knead the dough

Food color a pinch

5: Ukadiche Modak:

Rice flour 1 cup

Water 1 cup

Oil 1 teaspoon

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Ground jaggery 1 cup

Grated Fresh coconut 1 cup

Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon

Chopped Almonds 1 tablespoon

Chopped Cashews 1 tablespoon

Raisins chopped 1 tablespoon

Heat water in a pan add salt and one teaspoon oil to the pan and boil. When the water boils turn off the gas and add rice flour to the pan. Mix well cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
