Recipe for making Cholay Bhature

1: Start by cooking the soaked gram in a pressure cooker.

2: Add cumin seeds and let them stir. Then add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger garlic paste in it.

3: Serve chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Continue to cook it until the water in it dries up and your recipe starts to thicken.

4: Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to it. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion-tomato flavor.

5: Put chickpeas in it and let it cook.

6: While cooking your recipe, keep an eye on it when it is cooked and you feel that there is no more room in it. Then garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it to your loved ones or Enjoy it myself.

Bhature’s recipe

1: In a large mixing bowl, add flour, yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2: Knead yourself into a soft dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it for at least two hours. This step is very important for achieving Fluffy Bhatore.

3: After kneading the dough, divide it into small golf ball-sized pieces.

4: Roll each ball into a smooth circle using a rolling pin. Aim for the same thickness as the puri.

5: Heat oil well in a frying pan.

6: Slowly add your recipe pieces to this hot oil. You will see that they will thicken while frying.

7: When you feel that they are fully cooked, take them out and keep them in a place where the oil will drain, or put them in tissue paper to absorb the oil.

Serve your delicious Cholay Bhature to your loved ones.
