1: Gram flour 1 cup

2: Bura or Powdered sugar 1/3 cup

3: Ghee 5 tablespoon

4: Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

5: Salt 1 pinch

The Recipe of Bandar Laddu:

First, you have to take a frying pan, add two to three spoons of ghee, and let it heat. When the ghee is hot, add the ginger and cook it on low for one to two minutes. Take out the roasted dry ginger on a plate with flour. When the roast is gum cool down and grind it in the plate itself with the help of a rolling pin.

Now add flour, dry ginger, gum, almond powder, coconut, and pistachios to the melted jaggery and mix everything well. Now remove the pan from the gas and the laddu’s with the mixture while it is still lukewarm.

The Final Step of Our Recipe:

Take a little of the mixture in your hand and press it to make round laddu’s. These are Bandar Laddu’s. Make Bandar laddu’s from the wall mixture in the same manner 15 laddu’s will be prepared from this mixture. Leave the laddu’s in the open air for 2 hours. When the Bandar Laddu becomes dry store the laddu in a tight container and store it in a refrigerator for 1 to 2 months.
